Real estate runs deep in Andrea “Andi” Baros’s roots. As a fifth-generation Colorado rancher and the daughter of a successful land broker, she’s spent her life surrounded by the land and the people who make their living from it.

“It’s a true privilege to work alongside my father in ranching, farming, and now real estate,” Andi says, reflecting the deep connection that has shaped both her life and her work.

A proud mom of five adult children and grandmother to seven, Andi enjoyed a successful career in nursing before turning her focus to real estate. After more than two decades serving rural Colorado communities—from the emergency room to hospice care—she brings that same compassion, attentiveness, and strong negotiation skills to every client she works with. “I was on horseback before I could walk,” she adds—a fitting reflection of her lifelong bond with Colorado’s ranching heritage.



Today, Andi continues to live out her deep connection to the land alongside her husband, running a small goat and cattle operation and a family trucking business—all while helping clients find their own perfect place to call home in Colorado.
