Kathy Flippin has been a proud member of the Lamar community for more than 15 years. 

Together with her husband, Todd, she has raised three children and built strong roots in the area she loves to call home.

Before joining our team, Kathy dedicated two decades to raising her family as a full-time homemaker—an experience that strengthened her organization, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities with care and precision.

For the past five years, Kathy has been an integral part of Cruikshank Realty, where she supports the team in a variety of administrative and operational roles. Kathy manages the office and handles legal research and real estate transaction support. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Kathy helps ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Known for her reliability, thoroughness, and commitment to excellence, Kathy brings a personal yet professional touch to every transaction.
