As Marketing Director for Cruikshank Realty, Inc., Vincent Gearheart brings a diverse professional background and decades of experience in media, marketing, and technology.
A graduate of La Junta High School, Vince continued his education through Otero Junior College, Pueblo Community College, and Morgan Community College, reflecting his lifelong commitment to learning and innovation.
Before entering real estate marketing, Vince spent 20 years with the ATSF Railroad in a regional capacity and later developed extensive computer and technology skills through his work with Computer Products and Services in La Junta. His career evolved into leadership roles in radio, print, and wireless communications, including positions with Northeast Colorado Broadcasting, Viaero Wireless, and Robinson Printing, Inc., where he helped launch a successful weekly newspaper that still serves the Prowers County area.
Today, Vince directs Cruikshank Realty’s marketing and media outreach, combining his deep knowledge of sales, technology, and design to elevate the company’s visibility across Southeast Colorado.
His background in landscape photography and visual storytelling brings a creative edge to property marketing, helping clients showcase their land and listings with eye-catching, high-quality imagery. A lifelong photography and art enthusiast, Vince continues to explore new techniques in digital media to keep Cruikshank Realty’s marketing fresh and innovative.
