As the owner and operator of Corner Post, she has built a successful local business while developing strong skills in sales, negotiation, customer service, and team leadership, along with lasting relationships.

With established connections in Colorado’s farm and ranch community, Charity understands the unique needs of rural property owners, land buyers, and small business operators. In addition to farm and ranch properties, she enjoys working with residential clients and first-time homebuyers, guiding them through each step of the process with clear communication, organization, and attention to detail.
