Our brokers and agents come from backgrounds in farming, ranching, and agriculture, and we value team members who can speak the language of rural property with real-world experience.  Real Estate experience is preferred, but for the right person, you don’t need prior real estate experience — just an active real estate license, strong ethics, integrity, and a genuine understanding of working the land.
